Homemade
natural masks for busy Teens:
Mix
all ingredients, spread evenly over your face and neck. (Avoid eyes
area). Rinse with warm
(not hot) water after 10 minutes. Follow with moisturizing lotion.
Tip: If time is an issue, apply mixture before
shower and rinse it off at the end. Steam from the hot water will make
your mask more effective.
Recipe 1 - Cleansing
/ Acne controlling mask
- 2 Tsp plain yogurt
- 3-4 drop of fresh lemon juice

Recipe 2 -
Refreshing
- 1 small fresh salad cucumber
- grated
- 1 tsp of honey
- 2-3 drop of fresh lemon juice

Recipe 3 - Soft
skin
- 2 Tsp plain yogurt
- 2 small strawberries
- and/or
1/4 ripe banana- mashed

For your eyes: used cold teabags can be
applied on eyelids to cool, calm, moisturize and hydrate delicate skin around your
eyes. It also helps to reduce puffiness, redness and dark circles. So save
teabags in refrigerator (or make fresh ones) for your next home facial
or as needed. |
