aging? Protecting your skin from sun damage is
essential to look younger longer.
Apply sunscreen every day to help your skin look younger.
Even if you did not protect your skin before, it's
worth using sunscreen now to prevent further skin
damage.
Sunscreen will not prevent wrinkles or spots caused by
sun, but when used consistently, it helps reduce
further damage.
Here are few tips on how to apply sunscreen:
Sunscreen must be applied on clean dry skin 30 minutes
before going outside.
If you apply sunscreen on the beach - it is
too late.
Apply sunscreen every day, even, if you do not spend
much time outside.
In the morning, apply sunscreen first, apply
your skincare products 5 minutes later and your make
up another 5 minutes later.
Avoid creams or skincare containing Retin-A,
citrus ingredients. They can elevate your skin
sensitivity to the sun.

Carefully read sunscreen label. Choose a sunscreen,
that contains
micronized zinc oxide
or
titanium dioxide.
These two ingredients create physical block between
skin and harmful UV rays.
UV rays are constant. Wear sunscreen with SPF 15 or
higher all year around.
One more thing - do not forget your sunglasses.
Did you know, that scientist at Massachusetts General
Hospital have developed a pill, that intended prevent
sunburn. The pill should be taken half an hour before
going out. It should protect you from UV radiation for
