What causes hair loss
Millions suffer from hair loss. Many are women.
Hair loss is normal process for men and women alike. The
question is how much hair we loose.
Our hair has three stages of development: active grow, pause and
death. We loose about 100 pieces of hair every day without any
pathology. New hair will grow to replace the lost one.
Abnormal hair loss is a result of many causes. According to the British
Journal of Hospital Medicine, 80% of people with rapid hair loss
have emotional stress or depression. Due to the stress, the
important vitamins and nutrients do not reach the roots of the
hair, which causes hair thinning and eventually hair loss.
Various traumas or serious illness, high fever may cause hair
loss. Did you know, that rapid wait loss may effect your hair
growth. In fact, 10% loss of your body weight during 2-3 months period will
cause significant hair loss.
Deficit of iron in our body also one of the leading causes of
hair loss. It is specifically important for women to maintain
proper iron level in the body, because women loose up to 500 ml
of blood every month. To boost your iron level, you can include
iron rich food in your diet, take vitamin C - it helps iron
absorption.
Men's baldness can be inherited and depends on the
level of men's hormones. It is interesting to know, that in 70%
cases men's baldness is inherited from the mother's family.
The main causes of hair loss / baldness: heredity -- each
individual's hair growth pattern is unique, genetically
determined-- this is the most common and permanent cause of
baldness, systemic problems related to illness, stress, vitamins
deficiency, hormones disorder, severe infections, like seborrhea
can cause temporary hair loss, bald patches.

stop the hair loss.
