children. New food introduction to small children should begin
with cereal, and then go to fruits and vegetables. It is wise to
wait several days after new food introduction to see, if there
is no reaction to this particular food. It is also a good idea
not to rush with new food introduction. Safe food should always
be a priority. Instruct your child as early as possible to do
not eat food, that triggers an allergic reaction and ask about
the ingredients, never taste samples or share food. Make
teachers and school nurse aware of your child allergies to food
and medication.

you do not know, keep track of what you eat and the symptoms you
have developed. It will help you to narrow down the allergens.
