GENERAL:
ANTI-AGING SOLUTION SKINCARE reserves the right to change these terms and conditions of acceptance. Using our website and placing an order constitutes acceptance of These Terms & Conditions.

PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards and eCheck ( via PayPal secure credit card payment system). If you pay by eCheck, please be advised that it takes few days to clear the check. We will ship your order as soon as we receive the funds.

SORRY - WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.
SORRY - WE DO NOT HAVE A CAPABILITY TO ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS OVER THE PHONE.
SORRY - WE DO NOT HAVE FREE SAMPLES.

PRIVACY POLICY: All transactions occur on secure system provided by PayPal. PayPal does not give us your credit card type and number. We do not keep, build or maintain customer's mailing list and telephone numbers. We do not sell customer's personal information to other companies. We don't mail or email newsletters and/or promotional literature.

LEAD TIME:
All orders are shipped within 2 business days. Sometimes we experience high volume of orders. We will notify you via e-mail, when your order will be shipped.

DOMESTIC ORDERS: We ship via USPS or UPS. Shipping Notification with Delivery Confirmation number will be emailed to you automatically by PayPal system as soon as the Shipping Label is generated. You package will be shipped to the mailing address you have provided with your order. If you are not available to accept the package, the carrier will leave you a note. Please pick up your package from the carrier timely, otherwise they will ship it back to us. Refused packages are not refundable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We ship Worldwide.

RETURN POLICY:
Unopened / unused product can be returned within 7 business days of receipt. 20% restocking fee will apply. Refund (the purchase price minus 20% restocking fee and minus shipping cost) will be posted on your credit card as soon as we receive the returned product in its original condition. Please email us to obtain an RAN (return authorization number) prior to return the products.

Sorry: Opened / Used products cannot be returned.

If we made an error - we will correct it at no cost to you.

If you have question about the products, the ingredients, or need an assistance in product selection, please do not hesitate to contact us before placing the order.

SHIPPING and HANDLING CHARGE:
The Shipping and Handling charge will be added at checkout to your order based on the total amount of the purchase. Domestic and International Customers can check S&H fee by typing zip code in the text box provided in our shopping cart system. We do not charge sales tax.

QUALITY:

All products are prepared fresh to each order using the finest quality ingredients. We use standardized manufacturing method. All products are prepared in clean, quality controlled environment.

We purchase raw materials from the reputable source in small quantity to ensure freshness. The products are 100% inspected by our quality department prior to shipment. Shelf life of oil based products is 12 months. Shelf life of water based products is 3 months. Opened bottles and jars should be stored in cool dry place away from the UV lights.

We do toxicology testing for all new formulations. We do not test our products on animals.

The statements and the products have not been evaluated by Food and Drug Administration. The products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. You should carefully read all information provided on the product's label and follow the appropriate directions for use. The statements and content on this website is the opinion of the author.

First time users can do a 24 hours sensitivity test. Apply small amount of product inside your wrist. Gently massage into the skin. Check, if there is not redness or irritation after 24 hrs.

Do not apply products on wounded or damaged skin.

We post the list of ingredients for each product. Please take your time to review the ingredients for the product you want to buy before placing an order. We care about you and your complete satisfaction with our products. If you have questions, please contact us before your buy.

USE ANTI-AGING SOLUTION SKIN CARE products while using other skin care products. Our skin care formulations and the ingredients have not been tested with other skin care and cosmetic products. We cannot possibly predict your skin's reaction or sensitivity to the multiple skin care and cosmetic products. Please be advised, that using multiple skin care products can cause conflict between the ingredients and could increase the risk of negative skin reaction. Mixing Anti-Aging Solutions Skin Care products with other brands IS NOT recommended.  First time users, can do a 24 hours skin sensitivity test. Apply small amount of product inside your wrist. PRODUCT LABELS and PACKAGING: Our products comply with FDA regulatory requirements for cosmetic products packing and labeling in the United States. We use high quality cosmetic containers. Each product contains 2 labels: general label and product information label. Product information label contains the name of the products, size, list of the ingredients and directions to use. Product label is custom. It is generated for each product individually.

CUSTOM SKIN CARE PRICES:  Custom quotes are valid for 15 days.

ORDER CANCELLATION
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours from the time of your order by E-mail. We will post full refund to your credit card immediately.

PRODUCTS REVIEW POSTING. Posting our products review and/or comparing our products with other cosmetic products are prohibited.

INDEMNITY:
(A) YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS YULIA GOLDSHTEYN dba ANTI-AGING SOLUTION SKINCARE FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, COSTS OR OTHER EXPENSES, INCLUDING ALL REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEE INCURRED AT ARBITRATION, ON ANY TRIAL OR APPEAL THAT ARISE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY OUT OF OR FROM THE CUSTOMER'S USE OF ANTI-AGING SOLUTION SKINCARE PRODUCTS. IN NO EVENT WILL YULIA GOLDSHTEYN dba ANTI-AGING SOLUTION SKIN CARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE PRODUCTS.

(B) ANTI-AGING SOLUTIONS SKIN CARE PRODUCTS ARE SOLD ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. ANTI-AGING SOLUTION SKIN CARE MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
